Sales are officially underway at luxury condominium Skyline Tower in Long Island City, the tallest building in New York City outside Manhattan. Leading brokerage firm Modern Spaces has sold $223 million worth of inventory – with units sold ranging in price from $640,000 to around $2.4 million.
