Compared to the current up-and-down state of the luxury residential market in Manhattan, Skyline Tower, touted as Queens' tallest condo tower, appears to be doing brisk business.   According to a press release, the Long Island City-based development has already sold $223 million in inventory, or 25 percent of the building's 802 apartments, since its sales launch in May. Prices for the units sold ranged from $640,000 to $2.36 million, and the tower is projected to sell out at $1 billion.
