Long Island City’s Skyline Tower sells record-breaking $223 million of inventory in under 3 months

Throughout the construction process, Skyline Tower has set new standards and shattered real estate records for Queens. Its height of 778 feet makes it New York City’s tallest building outside Manhattan. Its projected sellout of $1.067 billion initially broke the record of the borough’s highest sellout price, and this doesn’t even include to-be-released penthouses. And most recently, a few short months after sales launched in May, it has already sold more than 200 units for a total of $223 million in inventory.
