Now, with the news that Amazon’s HQ2 will be moving to the neighborhood, is reporting that brokers like Modern Spaces CEO Eric Benaim are fielding calls from those same developers telling them that they want to raise prices again. Benaim expects LIC to become the new Silicon Valley, meaning that buyers and investors should act now if they want to get in on the ground floor in Amazon’s new neighborhood.
