Kayla is very professional and efficient. Highly recommended. She helped me buying the apt in Harrison and rented out afterwards. She has good relationship with the management company which speeditized the process significantly. I would like to recommend her to everyone.

Kayla was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry and introduced us to some amazing people along the way, which speed up the process tremendously.

Kayla was the most patient and friendliest broker I have ever encountered. I was applying for a rent stabilized 1 bedroom in LIC, and needed to finish the application before going on a trip the next day. She brought me to cafe, bought me coffee and a snack, and helped me fill out all the forms, took me to the bank and made sure my deposit check was all sorted out. Even after everything was already sorted out, Kayla walked me around LIC, pointed out points of interest, subways, the ferry, and even walked me through the park on the river. After looking around LIC for a week I am confident that I got a great deal in the area, and thanks to Kayla, I am very excited about moving in to my new apartment.
