A lifelong native to the Northern region of New Jersey, Jesse Toledano brings two decades of diverse professional experience, to the Modern Spaces team.  With a focus on commercial, investment, and new development properties, he has closed over $100M in transactions over the last five years, almost all of which were in Jersey City. Toledano has been recognized by the NJ Realtors’ Circle of Excellence five years in a row, earning the association’s Platinum Award for the past three years.
  
His passion for people, property, and deal making allows him to navigate the complex nuances of each and every real estate transaction. Now, equipped with the date-driven marketing prowess of Modern Space’s robust Commercial + Investment Division, Toledano is poised to put sellers in the best position possible and to continue his tireless efforts to facilitate fair and smooth transactions.   

Additionally, Jesse will work with developers, not only on their initial stages of project acquisition, but on project branding, marketing, and throughout the entire lease and sell out process. Toledano resides in Montclair with his wife and two growing sons.
