Miles is a native New Yorker, with deep roots going back many generations. He grew up on Manhattan’s East Side, but has lived in Boerum Hill Brooklyn, Gramercy Park (where he was a Coop Board President) the Upper West Side, and for the past 25 years Miles has lived in the Hunter’s Point Historic District of Long Island City.
He began his real estate career in 2004 by winning Rookie of the Year award at a boutique Manhattan firm, where he also brought home the prize as Top Producer in his office in 2011, and was the second-highest grossing agent firm-wide in 2013. He soon changed firms, to continue to work as a residential real estate broker at one of the larger and most prestigious brokerages in New York, and is happy now to be a member of the Modern Spaces team. He has bought and sold coops, condominiums, and townhouses all over Manhattan, holding several records for high prices along the way, and has successfully completed transactions in The Bronx, Brooklyn, and in his home borough of Queens. Miles has co-chaired the REBNY Residential Brokerage Queens Committee since its inception in 2015, and is a graduate of the exclusive NYRS program.
