Born in Forest Hills, Queens, and raised on Long Island, Jeremy graduated from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. It was there he first became interested in real estate while taking a course on capital markets. He was intrigued by the concept of working with real, tangible assets and appreciated the concrete exercise of walking a property to determine its value.
As a founding member of the SIG Investment Group at Baruch College, Jeremy’s plans to pursue a career in finance and real estate emerged, and he appreciated the space as it allowed him to apply what he was learning in meaningful ways with like minded peers.
Prior to joining Modern Spaces, Jeremy worked as an underwriting analyst where he was responsible for the underwriting of value-add bridge loan opportunities across multiple asset classes including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and hotel properties across the United States. Jeremy also created a detailed market research report on the Long Island City real estate market.
Modern Spaces proved a perfect fit as Jeremy is overseeing the expansion of their research and reporting division. The role of research analyst has given him the opportunity to learn every aspect of the real estate industry. Jeremy takes pride in providing the research that countless professionals in the industry rely on in their day to day operations. Understanding different market trends and being able to accurately and confidently predict future market trends is a constant challenge and a source of excitement for Jeremy that keeps him engaged in his work.
When he isn’t working, Jeremy loves to travel, and spent a semester abroad in Prague. He is an avid sports enthusiast who loves playing basketball, hockey and golf. He is fluent in Hebrew and lives in Long Island.
