Having earned the reputation as one of New York City’s foremost new development experts and top-producing agents, Don Schiraldo began his real estate career in 2004 after being recruited to work for one of the nation’s leading marketing and sales firms of new development properties. Don’s tenacious hard work, dedication, and “whatever-it-takes” attitude quickly earned tremendous respect from his peers as a key collaborator, team player, all while demonstrating leadership skills.
Having marketed and sold over $1 billion in luxury condominiums, Don has worked with the city’s most prolific developers including Extell Development Company and HFZ Capital Group, whose projects include ORION, a groundbreaking 60-story, 550-unit tower located at 350 West 42nd Street, The Avery and Rushmore on Riverside Boulevard, and currently, Fifty Third and Eighth, located at 301 West 53rd Street. In this capacity, Don effectively advises developers throughout all phases of the new development life cycle including but not limited to predevelopment planning, effective marketing and sales strategies, on-site management, and savvy deal making.
Don attended Brooklyn Institute of Motion Picture and Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. After graduation, he worked on a project spearheaded by Steven Spielberg who founded the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation, a nonprofit established to record video testimonies of survivors and other witnesses of the Holocaust. Don spent over a year traveling the greater Los Angeles area to assist with the recordings. He also loves exploring the world for his favorite passion, photography; plus, he’s an avid scuba diver certified at the Jon Cousteau Diving Resort in Fiji and is currently exploring the sport of Para Gliding and Para Motoring.
