At Modern Spaces, Arlinda Dine oversees dozens of new buildings in all stages of development, from conceptual and financial projections, through sales and beyond. Arlinda refined her instinctual command of new development while working on prominent, large-scale projects like One Brooklyn Bridge and the Williamsburg Edge, where she was actively involved in every aspect of the development process from negotiation and pricing, to marketing and sales.
While project managing several buildings out of the main MNS office (formerly The Developers Group), Arlinda met Eric Benaim in 2012 and joined him to help build Modern Space’s most recent endeavor; New Development.
Prior to joining Modern Spaces, Arlinda leveraged her marketing and management prowess at The Marketing Directors agency. While there, she realized real estate was not only a career, but also a calling. Soon after, at the Developers Group, which later became MNS, she obtained her brokers license and moved from administration to agent.
This transition complimented Arlinda’s inexhaustible drive and passion for marketing new development. As Executive Vice President of Marketing, Arlinda guides developers through the offering plan and bank approval processes. Additionally, she oversees market research, staffing her projects, and setting up the sales and leasing offices. Her dual role in Marketing and Development strikes a perfect balance for Arlinda, which she executes with an unsurpassed awareness of the New York City development landscape.
