Andres’ real estate path started in 2003, and since then, his goal has always been to create clients for life. The addition of over 18 years of real estate experience has enabled him to stay highly focused yet calm and collected, as he strives to make the real estate process efficient and enjoyable for every client he represents. Andres routinely places your interests first, which could be renting instead of buying or simply waiting a bit longer to list your home to maximize results.

Before becoming the Senior Managing Director/ Associate Broker with Modern Spaces, Andres honed his skills at multiple top Brokerages across New York City, including Corcoran, CORE, and Keller Williams, where he cemented his niche as a Queens real estate guru selling over $40M in real estate.

Before becoming a full-time agent himself, Andres was an office manager for a boutique luxury real estate company for one of New York’s most historic brokers, Alice F. Mason, and eventually became the team manager for another top NYC real estate broker, Patrick V. Lilly.
One more recent milestone is becoming the leasing manager for a 76 unit luxury rental development in Long Island City named Townhouse on the Park. Andres is also a licensed REALTOR®, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and CBR (Certified Buyers Representative).

A lifelong resident of Queens, NY, Andres is thrilled to be part of Modern Spaces, a brokerage with deep ties in Queens, NY. He loves the diversity of his borough and says, “Only in Queens will you have a 10-block stretch that will take you to 20 different countries.” Andres enjoys learning about new cultures by exploring the world and enjoys spending time with his rescued border collie. He’s an avid fan and athlete in a wide range of sports, but soccer above all else. He’s an avid supporter of both New York City FC (MLS) and the official real estate broker of the recently created local based soccer club, Queensboro FC (USL).
