“My experience with Andres selling my home was nothing less than perfect. He is masterful at communicating the process from finish to end. “I could not have purchased my first home without the help of Andres. There are so many twists and turns during the purchase process, especially for a first time home buyer, but Andres was always there to help navigate and support me. I completely recommend using him when you need to purchase and will hire him if I ever sell!”

“I am pleased to say that I had the pleasure of working with Andres Soto. He served as my real estate professional and guided me from start to finish. He went above and beyond in his duties as an agent and was a constant source of knowledge and expertise. He was always easily reachable and very informative. Andres works to the best of his ability to ensure that his clients are happy, he insists on the highest standard for his clients and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

Local comps for selling my mom's house after her death ran in the neighborhood of $830K. Since her house had slightly better location, I figured that $850 was plausible to hope for. However, Andres had an amazingly successful marketing plan, and we closed for $901K cash and "as is". My reasons for choosing Andres in the first place were 1) his knowledge of both the area and real estate marketing strategy, and especially 2) his focus on sharing that knowledge with me (instead of just bragging about it) during our initial interview. He clearly wanted me to understand the factors behind how to establish the home's value, and how to position it in the marketplace to get the best price. If I could give him a 6-star rating on a scale of 1 to 5, I would.
