The bedroom can fit a king size bed and offers plenty of built in closet space. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and an island. The bathroom is quite large and has jacuzzi tub. Also included in the unit is a Bosch washer/dryer. Additionally, there is a sliding glass wall in the living room that can be closed off to make another bedroom for guests. THE LOCATION: Less than one block from the Montrose L train, and right next door to a new grocery store, the location offers convenient access to Manhattan. The neighborhood itself has plenty fantastic restaurants with gems like Dun-Well Donuts, Anchored Inn, Amazzacafe, and Win Son to name a few.
