Jeff comes to us from the Western New York region where he was born and raised. He became addicted to the lifestyle and pace of New York after spending 3 months here in 2005. So in 2006 he packed his things and moved here permanently.
Jeff has over 12 years of sales experience working as an account manager in his own advertising agency or as a sales representative and manager in his family’s home remodeling company. He says that the main thing he learned in sales was that you have to listen to what someone wants and then give them exactly that. This philosophy has worked out perfectly for him in the New York real estate market.
“The main thing that I noticed about this market is that there is a lot of inventory out there if someone is looking for an apartment to buy or rent. The key thing that I have found is that not everyone is looking for the same thing, so it is really important to truly understand what someone is looking for. Why look at 20 apartments when the client is really only going to buy or rent 1 property. Understanding what someone wants is very important in order to be successful in this business.”
