Charmaine fell in love with the real estate industry and Long Island City during her search to find her first home. After much patience, she purchased a place in a building her and her family absolutely loved, Arris Lofts. What really drew Charmaine to Long Island City was the transformation that was taken place before her own eyes. Condominiums were being developed all around the neighborhood, shops and restaurants were opening on every block, and everywhere you go it was full of life.

The decision to join the Modern Spaces Team was simple after realizing how interested she was in real estate. As an experienced first time home buyer, she can share her knowledge about the purchasing process and the ins and outs of real estate. She received her bachelor's degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business and has been working in the finance industry for over five years.
