I moved to NYC 17 years ago to work for a start-up media company in sales and marketing, but after the tech crash and having already spent 10 years in corporate America, I wanted a change. Real estate was a natural fit for me.
I started selling and renting coops and condos in Manhattan—working with a lot of relocation clients. As exciting as Manhattan real estate is, I always knew there was an enticing opportunity across the river.
Many times I would take a cab home to Sunnyside—crossing from Manhattan into Queens— and I would peer down from the 59th street Bridge at an industrial LIC waterfront and think, “that place has potential”.
In 2005, the Gantry was the first condo building to break ground in LIC and I was one of two on- site sales people. Aside from my real estate skills, I was hired for the position because of my sincere enthusiasm for the project and the neighborhood.
Since 2005 we have seen great transformation in LIC, and in Queens. In a short amount of time, an entire community has been created with an increasing number of stores, restaurants, services, parks, new businesses, but more importantly great people!
I have always believed in LIC and Queens. I think it’s a great place to live, work and invest in for the future and that’s why I continue to live and work here myself—I believe in what I sell.
In the last five years, I have worked on multiple New Development Projects in the Long Island City area including condos and rental buildings.
My goal is to always make your real estate transaction a positive experience. I am honest, professional and have a solid work ethic. If you work with me, you will get nothing less—I promise!!
Outside of work, I am a wife, a mother of twins (the hardest job of all), and an active member of the Sunnyside community. I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, skiing, running, and traveling.
