It was while first honing her strengths at The Marketing Directors agency, that Arlinda Dine realized real estate was a career and a calling. Soon after, at the Developers Group, which later became MNS, she obtained her license and moved from administration to agent.
Arlinda’s command of new development came from large-scale projects like One Brooklyn Bridge and the Williamsburg Edge where she was fully involved in the negotiation, pricing, marketing and sales aspects. Ultimately project-managing several buildings out of the main MNS office, she met Eric Benaim and moved to his new company in 2012.
At Modern Spaces, Arlinda currently oversees up to 23 buildings in all stages of development, from conceptual and financials through sales and beyond. Arlinda’s inexhaustible work ethic serves her well as Executive Director of Marketing. On a daily basis, Arlinda is taking developers through the offering plan and bank approval processes. In addition, she’s overseeing market research, staffing her projects, as well as setting up sales and leasing offices. It’s a perfect balance executed with total awareness of the development landscape. As Arlinda says, “Focusing on the success of our projects also means always knowing the competition.”
